It was a great experience for me I've attended yoga before and did not go back but because of the instructor Paris and her attentiveness to my limitations within me feeling embarrassed or inadequate I was very comfortable in my environment and able to relax and concentrate.
Instructor was very knowledgeable and that made a difference
