I found peace...was able to truly breathe and left feeling "filled up".
I enjoyed the clean, peaceful atmosphere with enough room to move and not be too close other yogis. I appreciated that the floor was clean and not dusty, and that there were enough mats and props for use. I also liked the knowledgeable instructors and that the instructors greeted everyone.
