such a welcoming atmosphere!! I always feel so much better just walking into the space. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring.
The instructors are experienced in supporting yogis of all levels. The atmosphere cultivates a communal experience and the environment is conducive to creating a experience of being present to oneself.
