I have always had a bad thoughts about yoga. Even though this experience was difficult because of my non-flexibility and weight gain I must say I was inspired and encouraged by the owner-instructor Courtneay. She was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to maneuver through the different poses and the pain they caused me. I will definitely be back and plan to join the studio as a monthly member!! Thank you Courtneay you were made to be a Master Yogi!!!!! God Bless You!!!!
