I chose this score because of the environment itself. I felt the warmth, and my mental space was cleansed and I am going to make yoga a part of my monthly regimen.
No particular reason. I enjoyed the class. It was just a bit hard for me to watch the instructor. At the old location the instructor could sit in the front of the class where everyone could see.
Everything about the yoga class was wonderful- completely perfect! Thank you for the experience!

My session with Courtney was amazing! Courtney is truly a vessel being used by God to heal and set free! I released toxic energy during the session and left feeling joyful and rejuvenated. I HIGHLY recommend the Reiki session for energy balancing.
