It was a great experience, no complaints. Everyone was supporter and helpful as this was my first time attending a yoga session.
The relaxation meditation is superb. The environment/vibe is awesome. Just what someone, who like me, has a hectic schedule and life stressors.
I chose this score because of the environment itself. I felt the warmth, and my mental space was cleansed and I am going to make yoga a part of my monthly regimen.
No particular reason. I enjoyed the class. It was just a bit hard for me to watch the instructor. At the old location the instructor could sit in the front of the class where everyone could see.
Everything about the yoga class was wonderful- completely perfect! Thank you for the experience!
