Clean peaceful and well taught class
First, The instructors are wonderful. One thing that sets it apart from other studios is the uniqueness of the aerial classes. Also, the availability of all the classes makes the monthly/annual rates actually worth it.
I love the instructors they are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I enjoy going to hot yoga and pilates class.
