Michelle is a fabulous yoga instructor! I love how she teaches. She tells me how I can modify if needed and I always learn something new in each class.
She is fantastic at incorporating her Christianity in her Holy Yoga class. I also love the different oils she uses at the beginning of class and in the middle. She always uses scents to calm my mind and focus on myself!
