Sacred Rebel is a beautiful, relaxing environment. Many diverse classes and different genres of yoga offered by some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. It's makes my body feel good and my heart and soul full and happy. No better place to breath stretch and relax, or sweat and challenge that mind and those muscles.
It was my first time at Sacred Yoga and I loved it so much! Chantelle was awesome. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be attending and trying different sessions.
