• Our dog has severe anxiety and separation issues. We live in Roseville and used to bring him to PetSmart and they would call us and send him home due to his issues. We tried Rio Grande and they thought we were referring to another dog because they have never had any issues with him. He gets out of that car and into the building with them perfectly. I'm not sure what the difference is but yes, I will travel 30 minutes there in 30 minutes back every time it's worth it.
