• Gabi did an amazing job on Rip, first time I was truly happy with good cut! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what we discussed! Drop off and pick up are very easy, and love the reminders that are sent out!

• We have now been going to Rio for our two dogs for a couple of years now. We bring our labradoodle and teddy bear approximately every 8 weeks. We love that we are able to have the same groomer for our teddy bear as she is very squirmy but Rachel does a great job. We do have a bit of a drive to go to Rio but it is worth it.

• The groomer was exceptional! Not only did she do a great job grooming our little Yorkies, she really cared about them! Our girls can be very timid and nervous and she was able to calm them and help them to relax with her sweet demenor and talent. She was amazing!
