Another great day for our dog at Rio Grooming.

I know all the people that have groomed our Mollie at Rio has done a great job; but just wanted to give a special thanks to Amy Beskau for treating Mollie like a little queen and taking the time to make us feel comfortable leaving Mollie with her.

When I picked Mollie up today she looked amazing, from her head all the way to her perfectly trimmed nails.

When you walk in Rio the place always smells clean and fresh. They keep the place spotless.

If you want excellent grooming, a nice environment for your pet and reasonable prices, this is the place you should always bring your 4 legged family member.

I have a huge protective dog so self service dog wash is necessary for us. Especially in the cold seasons.
Rio offers a self contained space that locks for privacy, open 24/7/365, has all supplies needed except towels for $15 20 minutes which is plenty of time.
My only suggestion would be to add 2 free min to the end of customers paid time to allow for the required cleaning of space. Will use often!

I just used their 24hr self service dog wash and this is the best thing since slice bread! I was a little nervous because my dog hates baths but I think the water pressure is key here. Not too harsh but enough to get to gunk out.

You get 20 minutes for $15, soap included with drying options.
This makes bath time so easy and clean up a snap. I wasn't sure if 20 minutes would be enough time but it was perfect for one dog and I still had 2 minutes to disinfect and spray down the bathing suite for the next customer.

A couple suggestions:
-Disposable rain coats in the vending with the treats would be clutch!
-A permanent lead and adjustable slip collar set up. Or bring your own. I was not prepared and had to go home with wet collar and leash.
-A shelf or hook for a personal items like your purse/bag/coat/towels.
-Also can you start putting these units all over?! Seriously though Rio Grand has made bath time something to look forward to with this thing.

15/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Everyone there was so nice! It was our first time and they answered all of my questions and put us at ease!

Super impressed! We had taken our new pup elsewhere for his last 2 visits and although, no real complaints, I wasn't really all that impressed either. We came here because they had earlier availability than what the other place could offer, and I'm so glad we did. Not only did our pup come out looking fantastic, but they explained everything to us for what kind of cut would look right and how to groom our shih tzu. They also gave our kiddos treats (which of course they loved). I'm recommending to everyone!

First time at Rio Grooming School and my experience was amazing my puppy was happy and my cat has also been scheduled for a appointment and the prices are reasonable.

The grooming here is really nice! The phone service was quick and easy! They also were very customer friendly when I asked them about the contents of the products they used later, as my dog developed allergic hot spots (we later found out this wasn't related to the grooming) shortly after visiting.

A+ would go again.
Only recommendation is the Rio Gran showcased more pictures inside their buildings. I love the outside, but I really want to see where my dog is going to be!

I have brought my poodle here numerous times and have always been happy. She wants to go in the door!

Our little frenchie always feels like a princess when she comes home from The Rio Gran! Great place, reasonable, and great service!
