• My dog Lucy has been getting her hair cut with you from the day we brought her home. She was rescued out of a puppy mill and was in very bad shape-- starved, abused, terrified of people. The care you showed at her first appointment, softly talking to get, gently picking her up and bringing her in; the stylist even told us was trembling so hard that she just stayed with her and carried her around until we returned to pick her up-- that kind of care and service has kept us coming back for the nine years we've had her :)
