• After trying 3 different groomers we weren't real satisfied. I mean the cuts were good but.... so we decided to try Rio and it's the best cut. The groomer did everything we asked for plus some. He looks so awesome especially around his face. We loved everything about it. Being cut so short really brings out the brindle color and he's a happy boy. Didn't catch the groomers name but for sure will ask for her again on our return trip.

• Or groomer, Amanda Bird, is such a friendly and talented person! She listens about our requests, and make suggestions back to us if necessary. Our dog looks forward to seeing her - there is trust there from us and our pet!

• The two ladies that trimmed and bathed our dog were very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. This was our dogs first time being groomed. He has bad separation anxiety and didn't seem bothered by not being with me during the process. That is a big plus! We will definitely be back!
