• Our dogs always leave looking and smelling great. Even tho our dogs only visit a few times per year, the groomers always seem to remember each of them. Very personal. Gabby has been fantastic working with our extremely anxious dog, Jake, for several years. She understands his issues and takes great care of him according to his stress level each visit.

• I can't say enough wonderful things about Rio Grooming! They just worked their magic on my Newfoundland, Graycie Mae, and she looks absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and it showed in the end result. Graycie Mae’s bath and trim are perfect! Not only does she look stunning with her beautifully groomed coat, but she also smells absolutely amazing. It's hard to believe the difference! The attention to detail, care, and love they put into her grooming session is evident in how happy and comfortable Graycie Mae is. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the results – Graycie Mae is looking her best, and I’m one happy dog mom!

• I had my dogs groomed (4 of them) at Rio Grooming. Charlie and Mylo were groomed with groomer #1 and she was fantastic. These 2 were a senior and a super senior. She was fantastic with them and they were both happy thru the entire experience. This is amazing as they are not the easiest creatures to please. But they were both happy and both were beautiful when I got them in my arms! Thank you! The 2nd groomer took my 9 year old girl and my 5 year old boy at the same time. Not only did they look great, they smelled fantastic and happy when they came into my arms! Fantastic job and I'm so grateful! Fantastic job team Rio! Very impressed!
