• My female Pomeranian’s name is Ronnie. The groomer that came out to pick her up from me knew she was a girl. That has not always been the case. That made me feel more comfortable. Her groom was nice also!

• Everything runs smoothly, check in is easy, everyone I spoke with was kind and welcoming. Punctual, did not have to wait for the groomer. Gabby is fantastic, kind, approachable and makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her and gives me confidence that she adores dogs and will take great care of him. Does a great job grooming my dog, he is clean and groomed smells good and is happy. The payment process is easy and straightforward. Extremely happy with Rio and recommend them to everyone.
