• Love the genuine care & concern always shown for Luke. Appreciate the great communication about each of Luke's grooming visits. He has grown older (as we all have) since his 1st grooming visit with the great staff at Rio. Each & everyone we have met or communicated with at Rio Grooming has shown the same, yet personal, care & communication. When I ask specific questions, they are always addressed. In fact, Luke was just in for grooming yesterday, 7/30/25. When I rc'd the call that he was ready to be picked up, I asked how Luke did. She said that he seemed a little nervous from the noise, especially of the dryers. So she took him in a quiet room where he could relax. That was incredibly insightful and certainly appreciated by us & I'm sure it was more comforting to Luke as he ages. Thank you to his groomer yesterday. I'm sorry I forgot her name.
