• I felt very comfortable and enjoyed Bliss and the hydra facial. Everyone was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed especially since it was my first time going. I did have a gift card worth $50.00 which was suppose to give me a credit on my credit card because I had already paid. I have not seen that credit yet on my card. If not by tomorrow I will call. • It wasn't crowded. Everything was clean. Staffing was helpful and plentiful. Lunch was delish. You do need to get smaller robes. I couldn't use mine because it dragged and the arms were 5" too long
