• I reserved The Bliss Package for my husband's birthday. There was a handwritten thank you card in his locker when we arrived. They have added the cold plunge to the bliss experience. It was incredible as always.

• The facility is laid out well, is very clean and gives people space for individual quiet and for gathering comfortably. The services are wonderful. I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and jacuzzi pool. The massage from Cintia was exceptional.
