• Very friendly check in staff and easy process that included a tour to get us started. Bliss rooms available prior to service were easily accessible and very relaxing. My only complaint would be that the gathering room was a bit loud with a group of women chatting as we could here them in the steam room. Esthetician was great, gave me some good skin tips and product recommendations, amazing facial. Thank you for a relaxing day!

• The entire experience from start to finish was delightful! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was exactly as needed (relaxing and quiet!), and the Bliss experiences exceeded my expectations. I can't even pick a favorite, I Loved ALL of them!
