• I had an amazing massage and I loved all the different rooms available to us. Love love loved the hot tub and cold plunge!! The staff was amazing, informative and helpful every step of the way

• We had a fabulous time at Release with our girl's spa day, thank you for a great experience! Loved all the rooms and the quiet lounge area. One recommendation though: it would be really great if there was some shade around the mineral pool & cold plunge, even just a big each umbrella. We wanted to hang out in the pool, but all three of us are very pale and didn't want to have to put on sunscreen which would just sweat off in the steam room (plus get your pool dirty!). So some shade options would be really nice!
