• The staff is great, the rooms are beautiful and well-kept, the services are great and I love the open concept of the thermal circuit.

• everything was lovely. just in a couple of instances like the cold towel area didn't have any facecloths so had to ask for them and the cafe closed at 2 which we knew but would be nice to be open maybe till 4. A couple of recliners in the inside area to take a little snooze would make it even more enjoyable
