Instructor was clear and made it easy to follow and pushed for those who wanted to go further
laila is the best teacher!!! i felt so good through the whole class and left feeling much more grounded, i can't wait to take more
Megan's classes are physically challenging, which I like. She's well prepared and leads everyone through each part of the class with enthusiasm and demonstrations of many of the moves.
