I've taken 2 Rebel Restore classes at the Thornwood studio and both were lovely. Last night's class, with Elise, was fantastic: the addition of the sound bowls was really great and made the session more special, and I hope that my schedule allows for me to attend in the future. Elise was a great instructor and I left the class feeling refreshed and centered.
Rebel Yoga, especially its coaches, is awesome!!!
