It’s such a great yoga studio with great instructors!!! I especially love that the classes, even the ones at the same times every week, do so many different things, rather than repeat the same exercises.

Naysa's classes are always well-thought out and packed. Challenging but not overwhelming. Very supportive, knowledgeable instructor.
