I liked how it flowed and the level of intensity for perfect for me. And the vibe with the music and lighting was great! The atmosphere is a big factor for me
Love Candice and the studio. Great energy and music and opportunity to participate in the class at your own level. Candace does such a great job on leading the class and offering verbal cues to get deeper in the poses.
