• Hi, This is 2x Super Bowl Champ Jarvis Green. When I walked into the building I felt a sense of relaxation and ease. I felt like I was in a tropical jungle that took away ever stress and anxiety brick that was on my back shoulders that day. The massage session was amazing and the sauna rooms were Breath taking. I can't wait to step into wonderland again Thanks Raffa Yoga and Urban Sweet. My girlfriend thought it would be a great gift for both of us and it was!

• Show your body some self love... I walk into Urban Sweat in a body tight with stress and I walk out feeling like a marshmallow! When the body lets go the mind will follow. This is a mind body experience that I highly recommend. A gorgeous, well maintained facility with awesome staff.

• Took Maryellen Fowler's Yoga Stretch class this Tuesday. Great class! Maryellen is an excellent instructor in every facet of fitness. There were 20 people in the class and literally not one inch of room left for anyone. Testament to her skills and knowledge.
