• The owner is great. Very friendly atmosphere. Our first class was super fun and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. Anyone looking to start as a beginner or if you are a seasoned veteran of yoga they will have a class for you. They also have many other extras that you won't find anywhere else. I encourage you to stop in and check them out you won't be sorry.

• I love the atmosphere of Raffa and Rachel provides the MOST amazing massage. She really listens to your "kneads" and adjust the massage perfectly!!! Love Raffa!

• I've been wanting to try yoga for a long time now, but didn't know where to start. Thankfully, I was nudged by a friend to check out Raffa. I wasn't even all the way in the door yet and I felt a sense of peace and calm just from the atmosphere itself! And my first class was just what I needed: restorative. I bought 10 classes and have already booked my next 9. Can't wait to try them all!
