• I have been to Raffa before. It is a hidden gem! I have been to anti-gravity classes and Urban Sweat in the past. This week I went back to urban sweat and loved it as usual. Went with a couple of friends and spent 4 hours there (not sure where the time went)! Always has been a pleasant experience~ and I'm happy to go back.

• What a wonderful opportunity to retreat and refresh! I throughly enjoyed touring all the rooms, cultivating some stillness, and releasing sweat and stuck energy. • If you wonder whether there is a heaven or what heaven is....URBAN SWEAT becomes your slice of heaven! Our first time experience was everything we didnt know we wanted/needed. My husband had a hot stone massage and I had salt scrub- both just enhanced our day of hooky! We will be back soon and already are spreading the word to our friends.
