• I felt like I was on vacation! You can tell the staff enjoys their jobs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. David the anti gravity yoga instructor is amazing at what he does! I am coming back very soon! My friend and I were so relaxed from urban sweat and enjoyed the challenge of the anti gravity yoga. Raffa yoga is a hidden gem!

• Raffa has great teachers, a very zen environment and a varied array of classes. 90 minutes flies by and you've had a challenging, fun workout. I am always excited for the next class - I can't wait to try Urban Sweat!

• I've only been to Raffa Yoga 3 times, last night my third. Honestly, I am so very happy that I found you! It is difficult with my work and being a single parent, but the opportunities you offer on Wed. and Friday nights really appeal to me. I've experienced one yoga class. It was a Friday 10 am class and I loved it. The next time I put in for vacation it will be on a Friday! Thank you so much!

• This was my second visit to Raffa Yoga and it was fantastic both times. My wife and I have now done urban sweat, the infrared sauna, and taken several yoga classes as well as received a couples massage. This place is wonderful and unique in New England...we will definitely be back soon!
