• Giana’s vinyasa Class is the best class I’ve taken at Raffa. It’s athletic in the way yoga is meant to be athletic. I like that she doesn’t just rush through the poses and you can actually stay long enough to align yourself properly and FEEL your muscles engage. If you’re looking for a great vibe, sweat and some soreness next day, this is the class for you.

But at Raffa, I felt welcome from the very first moment I entered and my teacher could not have been more gracious and clear in her instruction. • Raffa is doing something different than all other yoga studios and spas. I travel the country for work and hands down all the classes are better than what I've found. While I love power yoga, I've done Kundalini and some of the slower classes like somatic movement and they've all been really helpful for me. I got a taste of what The Practice class is like in yesterday's class and can't wait to try it. We all need this so much in our busy, stressful lives. Thank you for all you do and thank you for slowing us down!
