• Urban sweat is a clean and calming facility. The salt room is amazing! Saunas are great. I really do miss the ocean room though. I had a massage with Rachel and it was outstanding! She gave me a massage exactly as I asked and then some! She is friendly, professional and well skilled. You can tell she really cares for her clients.

• Raffa yoga is a great place to revitalize and relax. The different types of saunas really make me feel amazing after spending time there. The facility is wonderful and the staff is very helpful. I love the juice bar and the health focused drinks and things they have there. Great place, highly recommend.
