• There is no place in the state like Raffa Yoga. Excellent, passionate leadership that provides a wide variety of yoga classes in a beautiful and clean setting. Christine is amazing: I ALWAYS learn something in her classes. If you are considering yoga or looking to expand your practice, come to Raffa.

• Raffa Yoga is a sanctuary, a refuge from a world where we often don't take very good care of ourselves or of those we love. I step through the doors and feel instantly safe, accepted, energized, encouraged, and surrounded by like-minded people. The facility is awesome, the classes are great, the instructor/ facilitators are wonderful, the massage therapists are terrific, and oooh that Urban Sweat. My mini vacation...
• I took the aerial and restorative yoga class with Pamela Sammartino yesterday. I can't say enough good about the whole experience. Pamela is skilled, knowledgeable and very sensitive to the class participants... and all with a smile, positive energy and loving heart. David's music and drumming was amazing and added another dimension. I felt like I was in a cocoon at the end. I want to sign up for the next workshop. I will also look into Pamela's weekly class. This the first time I have been to Raffa Yoga since they moved from North Kingstown. It is a beautiful and inviting center. Thank you.
