• My first experience of Urban Sweat was absolutely amazing I loved every part!! Including the water beds to relax on in between the saunas. I tried every room available when I went and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!

• The biggest benefit I see in Raffa is that it benefits me in a variety of ways. I started to go to Raffa in order to stay physically fit, but I realized the mental and spiritual benefits I have experienced are very powerful as well.

• My experience at Urban Sweat was unlike any other! Not only did I feel invigorating; I felt calm and out of body! The quietness in all the therapy rooms helped me to center and the heat helped me to almost feel every toxin in my body leave! I went home feeling like a new person. My skin also felt smooth. The food was incredible and clean and the staff without a doubt was highly trained and helpful. Thank you for having me see you soon.
