• Loved it here! Such a beautiful place highly recommend. Used the infrared sauna - and urban sweat . The staff is courteous and very helpful. Such a nice way to spend your day relieving stress. I will definately be making a trip back again soon !

• What a wonderful, truly therapeutic experience all around! Loved my first-ever hot stone massage with Kerri, and relaxing and meditating in the saunas after was the perfect finishing touch. Noticed an improvement in my tension, breathing, and skin immediately and generally felt like it was just what I needed inside and out. I will definitely be back!
