• I LOVE RAFFA! It is a wonderful facility and has so much to offer! Therapists and teachers are wonderful and front desk was very helpful and happy to answer all my questions!

• Raffa Yoga is the most authentic yoga studio in RI! From the moment you walk in the studio the sights and sounds surround you in a totally immersive experience and you feel like you have been transported somewhere else entirely. The staff is always welcoming and so helpful and the juice bar is incredible. Now for the actual yoga experience. I've never been to a bad class here. They have the most knowledgeable instructors and offer a variety of yoga classes. The classes are taught in a variety of rooms each offering a tranquil environment to allow you to deepen your practice and not be distracted by outside noise. There are often a variety of skill levels in each class and the instructors are incredible in making everyone feel comfortable and given the guidance to build on their skills. They also offer a unique Urban Sweat experience that has to be tried at least once, but I promise you'll be back. One trip to Raffa and it's the only place I practice Yoga.

• I had taken two classes at Raffa many years ago with my wife, who still practices regularly. I've decided to begin practicing for both physical and mental wellness to help deal with some personal issues. I took the 101 class with Giana and she was awesome! She helped guide me through some poses and answered some questions that I had about positioning. It was just the affirmation that I needed during what's been a very difficult time in my life. She's convinced me after only one visit that practicing will be key to my spiritual survival!

• My daughter and I went together in need of destressing a little .We didn't know what to expect. In t. With the first few steps through the door, I knew we were in the right place for relaxing. She had a signature facial and was very pleased, I had the foot reflexology for the first time Fantastic! The heated rooms were a special experience.....Soooooo calming We we both very satisfied. Everyone care that we had a good experience.I can't wait to have my facial next!
