• I visited the studio and did Christine's heated practice, which turned out to be the best class I have taken in over 10 tears of practice. Her attention to details and on hand support helped me attain proper form I have struggled with in the past and loosened my surgically repaired back. The studio itself is worth the visit- Very clean, great energy, great breathing, great class. I would recommend this studio to anyone and I will be back. Namaste!

• Raffa Yoga is an island of calm, tranquility and positivity in an often chaotic life. I always leave there relaxed and empowered to take better care of myself and make better choices. The staff are caring and wonderful and the environment is an oasis. My only regret is that I can't be there every day!
