• I had a great time in Bungee Fit Class with Nels. I was nervous as a 55 year old that I wouldn't be able to do the class, but it was a great workout and, thanks to Nels' guidance, I didn't't hurt while I was doing it(I am a little sore today, the day after, but it's a good sore).

• Urban Sweat is my oasis. I love all the different saunas and actually feel the unique benefits from each. From sweating in the steam room to detoxing in the charcoal room, Urban Sweat offers it all. I've never seen a place quite like it and walk out radiating!
• I always feel so great when I leave after hours of Urban Sweat. My favorite is the steam and eucalyptus room.
