The Salon had a very comprehensive appointment setup that included a phone consultation that allowed me to explain my current hair care, what I wanted and gave me a better understanding of my texture. When I got to the salon, everyone was super kind and prompt. I came out feeling great and my wallet didn't hurt either. 10/10 Recommend

• I had my very first experience at Rachel's salon recently for my big chop, and it was fabulous. My stylist, Ashley, was so sweet, attentive, and obviously skilled. They had tea, water, and mini muffins there ready for you as a treat. I even got a little shoulder massage after. All in all, I was impressed and will definitely be back.
