• My appointment couldn't have gone better. I came from New York to DC for the weekend and was pleased to find this salon online, I was impressed with their mission statement and the reviews I came across. The salon is clean with a friendly and peaceful atmosphere, despite the fact that it was a quite busy. I had a cut and blowout with a deep conditioning treatment. My stylist was so gentle and patient, she made my experience very relaxing and soothing. She was skilled and, though I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, she managed to deliver above and beyond. I was extremely happy with the haircut and style. My hair has never looked so healthy and full of life, which is a testament to the quality of the products used. All in all, the whole experience felt like a treat and I would happily make the trip from New York again to get my hair done. Many Thanks to Rachel Joyce Salon! Keep up the good work.

• This has been the best salon I've visited since moving to DC. I met a lady who works at Francesca in Alexandria, her hair was well coiffed and she recommended this salon. I have not regretted it since especially having suffered through some horrid ordeals at other salons. I like the professionalism, the stylists loves and know what they are doing especially for naturals, you don't feel rushed nor is it crowded. Oh! You don't have to wait all day to get your hair done, your appointment time is exactly what you schedule. I highly recommend
