If you've never been to Pure Energy, try a free class. You'll be hooked! The atmosphere is at once very zen and invigorating. A variety of classes keep me engaged and challenged-there are so many classes offered throughout the day with new classes added frequently. The new barre studio is amazing! All of the instructors are dedicated and knowledgeable and offer modifications to the exercises if needed. And the summer outdoor series is great fun!
