This is a pleasant place, cheerful instructors, not to mention knowledgeable and able to communicate the goal of every exercise. Love this place for healthy exercise!

Really enjoyed the 10:30 class on Sunday! It was my first non-Newbie class. The instructor was both helpful and challenging.
