Ashley is the best! I was admittedly terrified about starting Pilates at my age. She was incredibly patient and was such a good listener to all the arthritic issues discussion.
This is a pleasant place, cheerful instructors, not to mention knowledgeable and able to communicate the goal of every exercise. Love this place for healthy exercise!

Really enjoyed the 10:30 class on Sunday! It was my first non-Newbie class. The instructor was both helpful and challenging.
