The instructor was amazing and the class was the best I have ever taken. The class had well choreographed movements that challenged me and I felt great afterward! Dani is the best instructor in LA!!!

Firstly, I love Jessica’s classes! They’re always full Body and well balanced. And I never fail to sweat! I love Pilate-Ology overall and have experienced muscle toning & overall body strengthening!

I thought Jessica was a superb teacher. Her instructions were very clear; I especially liked her thoughtful verbal cues because it’s hard to watch the screen and maintain proper form. I would occasionally lookup but mostly I was able to follow her voice. I thought the workout was challenging yet very doable. I would definitely take another class! Thanks! Paige
