I’ve been doing private lessons with Dani for almost a year and she’s the perfect instructor for me. She knows how to challenge me, intuitively knows when I’m in my head, and makes or sessions fun too. When I’ve had to work with other instructors, I’ve never been disappointed and each offer their own brand of teaching style, which I love.
PS: I’ve been anti-exercise my whole 35 years of life. 😂
