My instructor Jessica is the best! She stays on top of her game with proper instructions, teaching form & technique, working every muscle to sculpt, tone and strengthen while keeping my body safe. And she totally worked me out hardcore! My muscles were shaking, in the good way they’re supposed to. ;)
