I loved the location, the teacher, and the equipment. My only critique, or rather request, is that I wish there were at least 2 days during the week (ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) where there was a reformer class at 5:15pm or 5:30pm. I am much more likely to get my butt to class right after work, than if I have time to kill and talk myself out of a 6pm class. Just a suggestion!
Loved the instructor, the music, the challenging class & the positive vibes!
I really enjoyed my first class with Amy. She was helpful..checking up on me...making sure I kept up. She made the class a lot of fun
