Grace is a very articulate, calm, strong, knowledgeable teacher. She's such a pleasure. I love the light coming through your front window and seeing people pass by, it's just such a friendly feeling environment.
This was my first class in a very long time and Nora did a great job in making me feel comfortable as I relearned the forms and routines. I will definitely return to the studio!
