Not only is every instructor amazing and provides a challenging and fun workout, it is such a special community at this studio. Such a happy place!
Love this place. The classes are so diverse. They’re very selective with instructors and each one is awesome. Everybody brings something different to the studio and stylistically, no two are the same. I love that. I try to take a class with each one as much as possible to keep my movements and workouts varied.
Knowledgeable instructors, great vibe, helps me get stronger.
