The best teachers and innovative classes!
The teachers I routinely take classes from will challenge you to work to your personal limit on that day. They frequently offer modifications for whatever that day's "best" may be, something that is both motivating and trustworthy. The verbalized cues, instruction and motivation are given thoughtfully by most instructors which is to the ear and mind another form of encouragement to add to your own inner attention. A fantastic studio with classes for all times of the day and all levels of interest. Go do!
Elise is a great teacher
Such a welcoming environment and the instructors are some of the most amazing women I’ve met. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, I’m very happy with the substitute teacher (Sheri) as well. She is wonderful.
