I love Pilates hard, friendly, open to all shapes, sizes, fitness and ages.
The studio has such a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The work out was great. Very accessible for beginning and lots of layers for more experienced students. I loved the incorporation of some deep stretches. I left feeling amazing.
