Shalini was very clear in her instructions and the mouvement series a real challenging workout which is what i was looking for.

Love the quality of instructors, the amount of classes on the timetable and the studio. Always such a great community vibe at Pilate hard.
It was my first pilates class, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a small group, and the teacher was very good at giving instructions and keeping an eye on the new people.
