The studio is so calming right from the minute you walk in. I have only had Kirsty as my instructor both in one on one sessions and in a group class and she amazing at what she does.

I think the instructors are fantastic, there's variety. It would be nice to have more weights incorporated or strength/breathing classes
Shalini was very clear in her instructions and the mouvement series a real challenging workout which is what i was looking for.
