I only had the one 50 minute session so didn't feel qualified to give a 10. The counsellor was very engaged, supportive, and encouraging. I was able to clarify something for myself and that was beneficial. Mostly the mid day appt time just doesn't work for me in that it means I can't utilize either the morning or afternoon in a meaningful way, leaving me to feel like a whole day is dedicated to a 50 minute appointment. I will try to put into place some of the things Elaine and spoke about.
