Pleasant environment and friendly staff. Chris, my counsellor, really listened, was non-judgemental, grasped what I was trying to convey, and her observations and advice were both reassuring and helpful. I feel I can now go ahead with a more positive attitude. She was also very easy to talk to . and I felt relaxed in her company .

Pheonix health and wellbeing is a very warm and welcoming place. The receptionist was very lovely. I had a full body massage from Heather and it was incredible. Heather is extremely talented and knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel really comfortable very quickly and she started to give the most amazing massage. The massage felt so incredible and really amazing. The relaxation massage was exactly what it says. It made me feel relaxed but felt amazing also at the same time. Heather is such a talent and would highly recommend her and will be booking her again. Thank you for the insanely amazing massage can't wait to book again very soon
